2024 Swim
Our annual swim is one of the most rewarding experiences you’ll ever have. Swim one or a hundred laps, alone or in a team. Our 2024 swim raised $110,000 for mental fitness programs on the northern beaches & across Australia.
Art Exhibition
Head Above Water was the charity partner for a special exhibition at Northern Beaches Gallery.
The $6000 raised will go straight into grassroots mental health programs in schools, clubs and workplaces.

The way the community comes together to support not just this event but also mental fitness and suicide education and our fantastic program partners humbles our entire Head Above Water team every year.

As a community, we should all be proud of the money that has been raised. Through our partner programs, these funds really will help save lives moving forward, on the northern beaches and beyond.
