The Head Above Water 2025 Swimathon will be on 22nd-23rd March 2025. Registrations are now open!

Over the past six swims, you legends have raised over $760,000 which has facilitated mental fitness programs for thousands of men, women, boys and girls. You have literally helped save lives.

The money raised by Head Above Water supports a small number of partners who deliver mental fitness programs across Australia.

Anchor Health is a grassroots wellbeing movement, providing mental health education workshops for businesses, schools, and community groups.

Tomorrow Man is focused on reinventing masculinity, facilitating workshops for boys and parents in schools, and men in sporting clubs, workplaces, and communities.

Tomorrow Woman runs immersive workshops across schools, clubs, workplaces and communities, empowering women and girls to reconnect.

meditationHQ is the perfect mix of education, experiences, and inspiration, utilizing life-changing meditation and wellness practices, delivered in practical and accessible ways.

Spoke runs evidence-based workshops, grounded in research, by qualified academics, business professionals and facilitators.
